Return and Refund Policy
At Mini Theory, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Change-of-mind returns
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
To qualify, the product must be unused, unwashed and in a clean, hygienic and resaleable condition, with its original packaging and any included parts. Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for tracked return postage for change-of-mind returns. Original delivery charges are not refundable. Products marked as final sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but this does not affect your rights where a product is faulty.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If your product arrives damaged, is faulty, is significantly different from its description, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at admin@minitheory.com.au with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs or video showing the problem
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Prompt reporting helps us resolve the issue quickly but does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If the product has a major problem, you may choose a replacement or refund. If the problem is minor, we may provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time. Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, Mini Theory will cover or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
How to arrange a return
Before returning any product, email admin@minitheory.com.au and wait for return authorisation and instructions.
Do not return an item to the sender shown on the parcel, to our supplier, or to our business contact address unless we specifically instruct you to do so. The authorised return address may vary depending on the circumstances.
Unauthorised returns may be delayed or may not reach the correct return facility.
Refunds
Once an authorised return is received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, generally within five business days.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately at admin@minitheory.com.au. We will try to accommodate the request, but orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot always be cancelled. Once dispatched, the applicable return conditions above will apply.
Products ineligible for change-of-mind returns
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for products that:
• Have been used, washed or damaged after delivery
• Are no longer clean, hygienic or resaleable
• Have missing parts or packaging
• Were clearly marked as final sale
These exclusions do not apply where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
