Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

Mini Theory currently delivers to addresses within Australia only.

Shipping cost

All orders include free tracked delivery. No additional standard shipping fee will be charged at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

Orders normally require 1–3 business days to process before dispatch.

After dispatch, estimated delivery is 8–18 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Some products are fulfilled by our international logistics partners and may be dispatched from an overseas warehouse.

Tracking your order

Tracking information will be emailed to you after your order has been dispatched. Tracking may take several business days to begin displaying updates.

Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at admin@minitheory.com.au. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days after dispatch, contact us at admin@minitheory.com.au with your order number. We will investigate the delivery with our fulfilment partner or carrier.

Damaged, incorrect or lost orders

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to have been lost in transit, contact us promptly with your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the item and packaging. We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
